The first consultation refers to the first step of our wedding planning experience. After you have booked your first free call and we have identified your needs we will fix an appointment which is in common to all of our services (full service, Event Design, 1to1 consultation). The first consultation can be held face-to-face or via videoconference. During this discussion we are going to meet the couple and you are going to learn more about us. We will also discuss together all the elements related to the organization of your event. This first interview will help us know you better and help us create a tailor made offer.
Yes, Halisi Weddings agency organises weddings both in France and abroad. Our agency is dedicated to a francophone and international clientele, and aims to organize weddings in the top destinations in France and all over the world.
Our rates are calculated according to the number of hours required for the organization of your wedding, or for performing and following up the services you need (for a wedding planner service à la carte). Also, a minimum rate* can be asked, depending on the offer you choose. (*Minimum spend of 5 890 EUR for a full destination wedding planning service)
Ideally, 12 months in advance. But we also accept last-minute bookings (up to 3 months in advance). If you can answer the preliminary questions about your wedding: the number of guests (approximately), the budget, the type of ceremony (civil, symbolic, religious…) etc., we can start to work together!
Our role – as a professional wedding planning agency – is to advise you and suggest the best service providers. All of them are meticulously selected to match the vision of your wedding or event. We do not take decisions without your consent. Only you can make a decision for your dream wedding.
